Eurosceptic MPs are being urged to buy microwaves for their offices to stop their phones being bugged.
The paranoia emerged today as the end game of the Brexit negotiations gets closer.
It was claimed today Theresa May has private concessions from Brussels that could pave the way for the deadlocked talks to finally lurch toward a conclusion.

A Conservative MP, who has been advised to buy a microwave for her office, told The Sunday Times: 'Those MPs who have served in government know that it's possible for British and foreign spies to eavesdrop on conversations when a mobile phone is turned on.
'So the Brexiteers are now being advised to take the precautionary step of installing a microwave in their offices to stop anyone listening into their calls.'
According to the Sunday Times, one ex minister believes he is being bugged.
The MP recently heard 'ambient noise changes' as he finished a call with a journalist - prompting him to believe it was electronic surveillance.
The Prime Minister was reported last night to have secured private concessions from Brussels that would keep the whole of the UK in a customs union with the EU.
